for single player s*** they should do it so that ai difficulty is dynamic and changes depending on what form youre fighting in/who youre fighting against.

e.g., difficulty gets bumped to max if you're fighting as a base saiyan against freeza etc but gets bumped to normal if you transform

obvs it'd be unfair for characters with less/without transformations so they should just give them generic power-ups which do the same thing

for multiplayer that'd be kinda dumb though so yeah.
